Along with the deep research in Internet of things, RFID Wireless SensorNetwork (Radio Frequency Identification Wireless Sensor Network, RFID and WSN)has obtained widespread attentions. It can be used in the environmental monitoring,intelligent transportation, the application of intelligent household and battlefieldsurveillance, etc. The routing problem is a research direction in RFID Wireless SensorNetwork. In some RFID Wireless Sensor Network applications, it needs to providereal-time information. In order to meet the energy constraints and avoid congestion, itis an important issue to select the best transmission path in the current RFID WirelessSensor Network with the considering of the energy limited sensor node, less storagecapacity and network congestion problems, etc.This paper has carried out some research on the RFID wireless sensor networkrouting algorithm based on the research literature at home and abroad. It proposes aRFID Wireless Sensor Network routing algorithm based on hybrid optimizationalgorithm. The algorithm takes the bandwidth, the hop count and energy intoconsideration. The evaluation function is introduced using multi attribute decisionmaking method, and the basic Ant colony algorithm is improved by introducinggenetic operator, which increases the search capability of the colony space andprovide a better global and local search, and thus the improved algorithm has higheroptimization ability. The experimental result shows that the hybrid algorithm hasstrong optimization ability. In addition, a RFID Wireless Sensor Network ant colonyrouting algorithm based on improved RED model is proposed.Firstly, the algorithmdeals the data packets generated in RFID Wireless Sensor Network with the improvedRandom Early Detection which takes energy into account. And then, it selectstransmission path using colony algorithm. The algorithm imitates the ants’ foragingbehavior; and chooses routings according to the pheromone density. The experimentresult shows that algorithm can balance the energy consumption of each node. It canavoid congestion and prolong the network lifetime with the improved RED model.
