In this paper, the application and development of modern logistics technologybased on the requirements of automated warehouse system, introduces theapplication and its functions, combined with the development of modern science andtechnology, especially the computer technology, communication technologyand information technology application, focuses on the research of system control andmanagement technology system of automated warehouse. Thesis is divided into threeparts:The first part: Based on the modern logistics as the background, introduces somebasic concepts, discusses the relationship between the automated warehouse andmodern logistics and warehouse automation development present situation, analyzesthe composition of main equipment and automated warehouse managementand control system, mainly introduces the following sections:(1) for a detailedanalysis of the modern logistics and warehouse management and controlsystem.(2) the main equipment of the automatic stereo warehouse stacking machinefor that introduction and analysis.(3) a detailed introduction and analysis of theautomated warehouse operations and logistics.The second part: description of the automated warehouse task schedulingproblem, a scheduling optimization model. This article introduces the basicconcepts of genetic algorithm and its concrete realization process, then the automatedwarehouse task scheduling problem is analyzed in detail, the mapping ofthe goods location coupling storage allocation strategy based on this new strategy andbased on the priority of light from under the heavy storage bit allocationstrategy, to establish the mathematical model, in problem solving using a basedon genetic algorithm of Pareto optimal solution. Through the example, the automationstereoscopic warehouse storage areas and storage location assignment problem using the genetic algorithm of Pareto optimal solution obtained the very good solution, thismethod can achieve the machine out the aim of task scheduling optimization ofstacking, and discusses the application of genetic algorithm basedon the scheduling in multi aisle warehouse in.The third part: the functional requirements of the automated warehousemanagement system is analyzed in the paper. Describes the characteristics of barcode and bar code technology, and analyzes the application of bar codetechnology in automated warehouse management system. The storage spaceallocation strategy of the three-dimensional warehouse of automation and processdesign input. On the basis of the previous chapters, according to theactual requirements of Shenyang Institute of technology, J2EE technology anddatabase in the WindowServer2008development environment usingSQLserver2005was designed and developed by Shenyang Institute of logisticsmanagement information system. The realization of each module of the logisticsmanagement information system is introduced in detail. Finally, summarize the fulltext, and for some of them still need further research work is discussed.
