With the rapid development of the garment industry, the traditional manual measurement methods of the body have been difficult to meet the accurate, rapid, high-volume testing needs. Because mature and perfect of the electronics, optical detection and computer technology, three-dimensional body measurement technology has been rapid development experienced by the manual to automatic, contact the non-contact, two-dimensional to three-dimensional development process. At present there are many methods to get three-dimensional profile data, measurement techniques, including three-dimensional structure of the visual light, three-dimensional images, Mohr, holography, laser radar, defocus method, focused law and other principles. These methods have advantages and disadvantages, compared to other methods, structured light method is low cost, high resolution, high speed and other advantages which are generally considered the most practical in the world. And one of the structured light methods is the light pattern projected, it can increase measurement speed encoding, and it also simplify the identification through codec these improve the measurement of efficiency relative to other structured light method thus become the most promising development.In this paper, based on the a lot of investigation and performance analysis, we make research around structured light vision measurement system. We set up the experimental system, and explore related key technologies. Encoded by a variety of measurement methods for analysis and comparison, the final use of the Gray code structured light based on the three-dimensional body measurement method, divide and conquer algorithm to generate construct encoding patterns by Matlab to be simple, practical program window. The paper mainly includes laboratory calibration systems, encoding and decoding patterns and three-dimensional reconstruction of the design calculations.Calibration of structured light vision system, includes camera and projector calibration.The design and encoding of coding pattern, which all-sided compared the way more time coding strategies coding strategies and space directly coding strategies; and which summarized various strategies suitable for objects of the complexity of the coding and decoding and measuring precision, etc; and which made a specific research of time multi-channel coding strategy. For the binary coding method, use Gray Code+Line Shifting coding strategy, encoding scheme not only enhanced robustness, but also to ensure the measurement accuracy.This topic from3d body measurement principle to the experimental research analysis and testing, finally got a set of relatively complete measurement theory and experiment analysis system.
