Cloud computing is a computing service business model which achieves rapid development in recent years. Cloud computing gathers all kinds of IT resources to the resource pool for free scheduling by virtualization technology and serves users via the Internet. With the development of cloud computing, more and more IT giants join the cloud computing market, so that the cloud computing services market get rapid expansion. In an increasingly competitive market of cloud computing services, the urgent problem is how to develop a reasonable pricing strategy to balance the interests of both parties and how to schedule resource efficiently.Firstly, this paper considers the characteristics of cloud computing services market and the limitation of cloud computing trading market. This paper proposes the combinatorial double auction mechanism which is applied to cloud computing resource allocation. In trade allocation process, the interests of cloud users and cloud resource provider are fully considered and both cloud users and cloud resource provider involve in the development of cloud resource pricing strategy. For the characteristic that both cloud users and cloud resource providers pursue their own best interests, this paper uses game theory to balance the benefits and derives optimal bidding strategy.Secondly, this paper researches and analyzes the task scheduling algorithms, focuses on the Min-min algorithm and the Max-min algorithm, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these two algorithms, and then proposes an improved algorithm for task scheduling that ensures load balancing resources and minimizes the task execution time thus improving the utilization of cloud resources.Finally, the simulation result indicates that the proposed method is not only a good deal of saving transaction time and improving the efficiency in cloud resource market, but also optimizes the task execution time and greatly improves the resource utilization.
