Design And Implementation Of An Examination Surveillance Video Processing System

Recently, there are more and more examinations which include more than20kinds of degree examination, about23foreign language examinations and lots ofother kinds in our country. At the same time, the number of annual examination isdifficult to be statistically undetectable, as a result that a large number ofexamination surveillance video appear. Examination surveillance video is needed tobe processed and reviewed, which brings staggering workload and cause the statusthat it is difficult to manage and review the video.In this paper, the examination surveillance video processing system containstwo modules which are network video management and video processing. Thesystem can reduce the workload during processing the video. The design goal ofnetwork video management module is to solve the above first problem and providesfive functions which are video upload/download/view functions, reviewersinformation management functions, video information and reviewers autocorrelation function, the function of video processing based on workflowmanagement, mount intelligent video processing module function. Video processingmodule was designed to solve the above second problem and include cheating videochecking function, automatic screening suspected cheating video clips function andsuspected cheating video clips function.In this article, we propose and implement an algorithm which is used toautomatically screen video clips which may contain cheating in the examination, andit is the core of video processing module. The video processing module based on thisalgorithm can reduce the workload of the review process.At present, the examination surveillance video processing system that isdesigned and implemented in this paper has carried on the trial in some examination rooms which meet certain premise condition, and the system has reached the designtarget.
