Intelligent Video Surveillance System Design And Realization

Which mainly include moving object detection and extraction, moving target tracking.Haikang DS-4004H audio and video capture boards using Visual C++, Haikang the SDK, OpenCV, Sql Server2000, modular design, the development of video surveillance systems platform. Moving target detection, tracking and then added to the platform on the basis of simple intelligent video analysis capabilities.This paper first discusses the development of a video surveillance system functional requirements analysis, the overall technical solution, system, and then fixed camera video surveillance system, using an improved fast Gaussian mixture model algorithm, background subtraction method moving target detection,and Kalman filter tracking, moving target tracking.
