Ion-imprinted polymer is synthesized by imprinting technology in combination with fluorescence analysis method, which can absorb template ion selectively in aqueous media. And fluorescence analysis can evaluate the property of the synthesized materials. The dissertation including four chapters.In.chapter l,this part includes a brief overview of the basic theory, synthesis, kinds of metal ions of ion-imprinted polymers and summarizes the progress of ion imprinted fluorescent sensors in recent years.In.chapter2, the free radical polymerization was performed within PDVF membrane with cadmium ions(Cd2+) as a template and2-naphthyl acrylate as the fluorescence tag and a complex-forming agent. The prepared sensors can show good performance in a neutral environment with a limit of detection of5.5×10-7mol/1and have high selectivity. Its RSD is2.26%after being used10times repeatly. Moreover,it can be used in practical application. In chapter3, using mercury(Hg2+) as template ion,1-Allyl-3-(1-naphthyl)-2-thiourea as fluorescence ligand,ion-imprinted polymer membrances with PVDF membrance as supporting membrance were thermo-synthesized. Research shows that relativing to other metal ions, the sensor has very good recognition and high selectivity to mercury ions.It can be used in practical application verified by ICP-MS.In chapter4,five sensors were synthesized with zinc(Zn2+),mercury(Hg2+), silver(Ag+),cadmium(Cd2+),lead(Pb2+) as templates and8-mercaptoquinoline as fluorescence ligand. The results gave a introduction in differents of selectivity, adsorption capacity and practical application of the five sensors in condition of the same ingredients in imprinting materials.
