Abstract/Summary:
With the widely use of high power electromagnetic radiation equipment, electromagnetic environment is worsening, electromagnetic and electronic equipment compatibility issues are getting more and more attention. Antenna in electromagnetic compatibility test plays an important role, it can convert electromagnetic energy radiated from the transmission line to the space. EMC test antennas, wideband double ridged horn antenna is more broad application prospects, can be used to model the electromagnetic environment monitoring, military standard EMC testing, EMC antenna calibration testing, materials testing and shielded anechoic chamber shielding effectiveness testing and other areas. In the electromagnetic compatibility test antenna products, there is no military standards to meet the latest 《GJB151B military equipment and subsystems electromagnetic emissions and susceptibility requirements》 under the broadband double-ridged horn antenna, so in order to safeguard the effectiveness of the electromagnetic compatibility test results and accuracy testing standards developed in line with GJB151B broadband double-ridged horn antenna is necessary.This thesis analyzes the theory of knowledge antennas, waveguides, coaxial, etc., using electromagnetic simulation and design software for electromagnetic compatibility testing dedicated broadband double-ridged horn antenna design, simulation and optimization. Analysis of large amounts of simulation data, a summary of the factors that influenced the performance of the antenna, set it as the key parameter, multi-objective optimization simulation. After reaching the optimization objectives, structural fabrication and assembly debugging, and then analyze the results of the antenna measurements to ensure double-ridged horn antenna is designed and manufactured to meet the targets GJB151B test standard requirements for electromagnetic compatibility testing to provide effective and reliable protection. In the whole process of design, the engineering software (electromagnetic simulation and structure design software) combination, using multidisciplinary design optimization methods, improve the ability of antenna design efficiency and success rate of the first antenna and independent research and development products. Test indicators completed the design of antenna to meet the design requirements, compared with the same type of antenna, antenna gain fluctuation band transform relatively more stable, with foreign antenna gain index the same type of considerable. So the antenna designed in this paper has reached an advanced level.
