Title sensor as a sensor are converted title parameters to electrical signals, which is widely used in military, space navigation, mechanical engineering and civil construction and other fields. At present, title sensor based on different principles have more or less defects at home and abroad, such as capacitive sensor have temperature drift and long response time; accelerometer have accumulated error and poor vibration resistance performance; and the photoelectric are mostly confined to small angle measurement, which are very expensive. For this, paper proposes a novel photoelectric title sensor which combines photoelectric detection and elastic sensitive element. Moreover, build feedback system based on electromagnetic to eliminate vibration or noise error, improve the accuracy and dynamic characteristics.Based on closed-loop feedback electromagnetic system with infrared photodiode as sensing element, with the elastic body as a spring element, a large range tilt sensor for angle measurement with-90degrees to+90degrees is designed.(1) Theoretical calculation and finite element analysis are used in elastomer structure part and closed-loop feedback electromagnetic system, and PID adjustment derive is used in circuit part along with differential amplifier.(2) STM32data acquisition in digital part is used to transmission to Lab VIEW by RS485, and the data will be displayed in real time.(3) Set up an experimental platform, which is driven by a stepping motor, calibrate the title sensor angle values by photoelectric encoder output pulse. After prototype performance test and calibration, test results show that sensor nonlinearity in the open loop system without electromagnetic feedback is0.09591%, nonlinearity in the closed-loop system with electromagnetic feedback is up to0.0615%, the closed-loop system overall performance was significantly better than the open-loop system. The sensor system is simple, which has a good overall performance, and can be used either as a stand-alone instrument or one part of angle measurement system.(4) In addition, the error of tilt sensor is analysis, and the elastic body, the electromagnetic coil and the part of the circuit is improved, which is to reduce processing costs and improve the measurement accuracy.
