Inclination detection is an important indicator of modern structural health monitoring,it can reflect the health of the structure.With the accelerated pace of modernization,power facilities,communications facilities,and large-scale civil engineering construction,and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters in recent years,in order to ensure the safety of people's lives and property,reduce engineering accidents,the need for other large slope real-time monitoring of security structures.Fiber grating angle sensor is used to measure a measure of the inclination angle of inclination of the instrument,with its easy installation,flexible,easy to establish benchmarks and to adapt to the harsh environment of long-term advantages and performance,towers,bridges and other large building deformation monitoring is widely used.Compared with traditional sensors,which has a quasi-distributed sensing,absolute measurement,corrosion resistance,strong anti-interference,simple structure,easy to constitute the sensor network,but also has anti-corrosion,passive electromagnetic interference and other notable advantages,structural inspection of large buildings are widely used.Intelligent detection system designed in this paper fiber grating angle sensor to achieve the detection of FBG sensors measurement error,a set of direct measurement and indirect measurement in one of the optical fiber grating smart detection system.In this paper,intelligent detection system,for all types of different manufacturers of fiber grating inclination sensing instruments for testing and evaluation,in order to protect the quality of use and operation of quality FBG sensing instrument.The main contents of this article:(1)The relationship between mercury tilt theory to the bottom of the piston and the pressure and other characteristics of the strain cantilever beam intensity,and sensing mechanism of Fiber Bragg grating angle sensor based on the development of Fiber Bragg grating piston mercury tilt sensor.(2)FBG calibration measurement and detection methods in-depth research,combined with high-precision wavelength analyzer,high stability ASE light source module,standard angle blocks and so on to build a fiber grating angle sensor intelligent detection system,the development of high accuracy fiber grating angle intelligent sensor detection system.(3)Fiber Bragg grating tilt sensor experimental tests.Draw the appropriate sensor sensitivity,linearity,repeatability and other technical indicators.Then the error and experimental data obtained in the process generated by the uncertainty analysis,the uncertainty of the sensor,and verify the reliability of intelligent detection system.
