In recent years, with the rapid development of broadband digital networks, multimedia video business has become one of the most important branches of internet applications. Wireless network video streaming has great advantages, such as real-time transmission, stability, reliability, high bandwidth utilization, large data volume and other features. But in practical applications because of bandwidth limitations, network transmission is prone to congestion, which brings to the wireless video transmission inevitable damage. With the wide application of wireless and IP video services, how to accurately evaluate video quality video service quality assurance experience helps smooth video service providers and network operators to keep abreast of their business operations in order to timely regulation of resource deployment and troubleshooting. Therefore, the video quality evaluation has important practical significance and practical value.Firstly, this thesis made a brief introduction for the subjective quality assessment method. On the basis of this, the thesis described objective quality assessment methods in detail, then analyzed and compared of existing objective quality evaluation model. Based on the performance evaluation of the needs of real-time network video streams, this thesis used the evaluation of network parameters model. It extract video loss injury time in the time domain, time-domain complexity,number of coded bits and quantization parameter as model input, and got the results of video quality assessment finally. This thesis conducted subjective and objective data on the actual video quality test to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the model. Subjective evaluation result came from MSU software testing and objective evaluation result came from MDI and the algorithm of this thesis. The proposed model and the subjective feelings have a good fit tested by matlab.Finally, around the objective video quality assessment algorithm model, this thesis established wireless video transmission quality evaluation system based on clients. The system is composed of video source information collection, protocol analysis, scoring, storage and display modules which can be applied to video quality evaluation in network transmission node. This thesis use video sample to verify the practicality and effectiveness of each sub-module.They can be done in parallel real-time video quality evaluation function. The system use B/S structure and can display real-time network video streaming quality score visually and do some processing and analysis work with the related data.
