The Theoretical Analysis And Simulation Of High Frequency Switch Power Supply For IGBT Driving

With the development of power electronic technology, and the development ofnew energy vehicles, motor driver has been used widely. Also the technology ofIGBT driving has attract a lot of people’s attention. In the three phase full controlbridge, there are six IGBT witch need six driver circuit within isolated power supply.So the technology of isolated power supply becomes very important. This designmakes using of the flyback converter to turn out several isolated voltage output. Thisconvert has good regulation of voltage output, and low ripple wave of voltage. Basedon LM5022, design the flyback convert circuit used in motor driver device which hasinput voltage range from40V to80V. It was able to use for three phase full controlbridge. This article stated how to make high frequency transformer include the way tochoose Magnetic core skeleton,the way to wrap the wire around and several processof making transformer.In this paper,I introduced several kinds of switch power supply, their respectivecharacters and their range of application. Then choose the appropriate one. Based onformal requirements, design the flyback convert circuit. Simulink the basedtheory.Discussed the relationship between power input and voltage input, primaryinductor and switching frequency. Introduced the parts of circuit, explain the methodand process of high frequency transformers manufacture include the winding order,winding ways and the functions of insulating tape and barrier. Calculated theparameters of transformer, make the transformer. Test in circuit, observer the Voltageoutput.
