The recharge E-commerce website application breaks the common way of paying for phone bill. There is no limit to the use area of users, paying phone bill what you necessary is only any internet-connected computer. The Cornerstone of Operator, Agency and users is the recharge E-commerce website.Agency platform application is for the Regional agency which joined to the recharge E-commerce website. It is to Setup configuration information of all regional agencies, Make the unified phone recharge products, integrate high-quality of phone recharge resources, manage the phone recharge business and supervise its users. Agency platform application provides a unified, efficient, robust and ordering support for the development and implement of the recharge E-commerce website.This paper is design clear Role-division for Agency platform application. Adopt SpringMVC framework which has flexible configuration, and iBATIS framework which is semiautomatic. Build a loose coupling and lightweight J2EE application. iBATIS’s ORM design and implement good data persistence layer, it could efficiently resolve the mingled data access and business logic and the low degree of software reuse, etc. SpringMVC provides clearly boundary of Control、Model and Videoiew, and mix with IoC and AOP and other components of Spring easily, could achieve a strong security, system stability and good robustness web application. Integrate SpringMVC framework and the iBATIS framework together could implement a high portability, reliability and easily extended application system.to realize the purpose of lowering developing effort, and increasing productivity, re-utilizability and software quality.In this paper, agency platform on the basic of the requirements analysis, using object-oriented techniques and UML modeling techniques to design the application system and realize the main module. Besides, provide an overview of some technologies using in the agency application system, such as Presentation layer framework SpringMVC, business layer framework Spring and data persistence layer iBATIS and other theory.Finally, test implementation of Agent platform application which is based on SpringMVC and iBATIS framework. Validate the realization of each module in application system. Result shows the Agency platform application has achieve the meet of design requirements.
