With the development of science and technology, measuring and testing technology playsa more important role.The accuracy of the sensor test directly affects the performance of thesystem,but limited by sensor technology and production process, it is difficult to meet theneeds of dynamic measurement.In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the sensor,Ihave made research on the dynamic compensation method of the sensor based on the particleswarm optimization algorithm.For the purpose of achieving real-time dynamic compensation,it is achieved the compensation in the FPGAhardware system.First of all,This paper has investigated the dynamic characteristics of the sensor,andanalyzed dynamic source of error.On the basis of dynamic error, Based on knowncompensation filter parameters, We design the appropriate dynamic compensation filter withparticle swarm optimization. To simulate the designed compensation filter designin MATLAB environment,feasibility of this method is proved to improve the dynamiccharacteristics of the sensor effect.Secondly,In order to study the effect of digitalcompensation filter achieving real-time compensation of the sensor,we modeled on thedesigned filter under the environment of Simulink.we designed Second-order sensor systemmodel and compensation filter model for comprehensive performance simulationcompensation filter.This paper made a dynamic simulation model verification.And usedSystem Generater system modeling tool compiled the Simulink compensation filter model topruduce the FPGA code.Finally,The powerful signal processing capability FPGA is selected toachieve real-time compensation design.Based on the FPGA design data acquisition systemand at ISE development environment, the modular of the soft-core functionality isdesigned.By designing a comprehensive test, we completed verification sensor dynamiccompensation effect, made the analysis, and drawed conclusions.The test results show that thesystem has very good effect, has a good research significance for dynamic compensation of sensors.
