Design And Implementation Of Crm System Mobile Client Supported By Location Service Function

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile intelligent terminal has become an indispensable part of people’s life. Due to the light and portable characteristics, mobile apps, especially the life service ones quickly occupy the mobile intelligent terminal market. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software has a history of more than10years in China.The poor portability of Web CRM makes it inconvenient for the salesman to query customer and order information when outside the office and hard for the administrative staff to monitor the sales process, which definitely hinders the popularization of the Web CRM. In order to cover the shortage of CRM software and meeting the requirements of location service support, with use of mobile Internet technology, this paper designs and implements a CRM system client software based on Android development platform, which can support the mobile location service. In this way, enterprises could serve their customers quickly and efficiently.Firstly, combined with LBS technology and AMap, this paper makes an analysis on the functional requirements non-functional requirements of the system clients. Secondly, according to the modular and hierarchical design thought and keeping to the low coupling and high cohesion principle, this paper makes a summary design and a detailed design for the CRM client. Thirdly, adopting Eclipse+Android ADT (Android Development Tools) developing environment, this paper implements the CRM system Android platform client software, which can support location service. This client function module includes channels visiting, attendance management, information reading, movement path and my rounding, with a simple user interface and a good user experience. The test shows that CRM system client covers all the users’ need and runs stably. This means this paper achieves the expected design effect.
