With the widespread use of the Internet and the rapid development of smart mobileterminals, mobile Internet has penetrated into social interaction, transportation, shopping,logistics and other aspects of the social life. In many mobile Internet applications, LBS(Location Based Services) applications have become one of the hot issues in the currentmobile Internet applications, which have a high value in many areas, such as social dating, carnavigation, online shopping, logistics management, life service.At present, LBS applications which oriented the care service of minors and the elderly infamily are rarely. In this paper, we study and design of an individual monitoring servicesystem based on LBS, a LBS application in life service, which mainly serves the family careof minors and the elderly. The system mainly implements such functions: the guardian canquery the real-time position and historical track of the ward, the guardian set a safe range ofthe ward and safety alarm, etc.This dissertation studies the related technology being used in the individual monitoringservice system based on LBS, mainly including the LBS technology, the Android platform,positioning technology and AMAP; This paper describes the demand and the overall designarchitecture of the system; The implementation and testing of the system are introduced; Thispaper studies the recommendations service which will be added into the system, andrecommendation algorithms; Finally, the system is summarized and prospected.The individual monitoring service system based on LBS including three parts, which areWeb Service, ward client and guardian client. Web Service uses B/S architecture, developedby Java EE technology, mainly realizes the management of the user personal basicinformation and location information. Ward client and guardian client use C/S architecture,developed by Android technology. Ward client implements the real-time location informationreporting, SOS emergency call, family call, and other functions. Guardian client implementsreal-time location query, history track inquiry, setting of the safety area, automatic alarm, andother functions.
