HF communication is a mean of communication that use radio wave for data transmission, whose wavelength is10to100metres. Because of low equipment cost, small, strong anti-interference ability characteristics, shortwave communication systems is widely used in military, maritime, meteorology and other fields.Microelectronics technology and software radio technology develop rapidly. As a core part of HF communication equipment, Modem develop to small, digital, high-speed, high-reliability validity direction. This paper which is based on the third generation of the communication protocol MILSTD188110C propose new high-speed serial modem hardware platform architecture:dual-core high-performance DSP+FPGA. At the same time, we use the EDA designcircuit high-speed circuit platform. Signal integrity analysis is completed.1. Based on the signal integrity of high-speed circuit theory, this paper describes the common signal integrity issues and gives a measure of signal integrity measures to solve the problem.2. Co-ordination hardware platform design and planning. Hardware platform is divided into DSP, FPGA, audio signal processing module. This paper focuses on power consumption, the clock, and the external interface requirements of DSP, FPGA, and audio chip to achieve the design of peripheral circuits. According to the system power consumption, power-on sequence, this paper design the hardware platform supply network.3. Finally, high-speed PCB design. This paper uses SigXplorer and Hyperlynx to simulation high-speed signal line. Simulation results and improve signal quality is given in the end.
