Along with the rapid development of the LCD industry, Types of production equipmentof TFT production line is being updated constantly. LCD glass ultrasonic dry cleaningmachine is one of the key equipment. For large-size LCD glass cleaning equipment, manystill rely on imports.For the current production trends of large-size and thin LCD glass,Thistopic design and develop a dry-cleaning equipment.And design the key part of thetransmission system and research its performance detailedly.This paper analyzes the design and operating principles of the various systems of thedevice, and made the whole program. As a key component, transmission system impact stableoperation of the entire device.According to the production requirements of large and thinLCD glass, this paper design and research this device. Designed the structure of lifting,transferring, shaping, thickness measurement and other components, and to determine thespecific technical parameters, establish a detailed three-dimensional model.By ANSYS finiteelement analysis software to analyze the mechanical properties of the transmissionmechanism supporting a glass substrate.And optimize the transmission shaft by ANSYSmodule primaries multi-objective optimization analysis to identify the best choice of thetransmission shaft specifications, and the axis optimization statics and modal analysisverification.By the element software to analyze and optimize, the final design of the structure so thatthe current production of the glass substrate can reach the manufacturer of the flatness of therequirements, and it can also be used in the production of thinner glass substrate.Whilereducing the initial cost of the equipment, and achieve stable operation of equipmentrequirements, improve the economic efficiency of the manufacturer.
