This article is focusedon the detecting instrument of electric heating film, can achieve the function withaccurate examination, including power leakage current and insulation resistance,with the purpose of settling a dispute which the existing artificial detection has a lowmeasuring precision, a big error and a complicated operation, improving productionefficiency and cutting the cost.Based on the above actual background, this article introduces relevant conceptsof electric heating film, the developmental status of electric heating film detectionand technical requirement of detecting instrument. Through an theoretical researchand analysis, the auxiliary platform which is provided by the company, the designuses the Omron CP1H series PLC as the core of GJS-1electrothermal mulchintegrated detection station, the Omron touch screen as the display device, theSTM32microcontroller as the core of the data acquisition and processing. Theproject includes the design of the detection module hardware which involves thepower, the leakage current and the insulation, and the design of softwareprogramming of CP1H and STM32. Refer to the requirements for the detectionaccuracy, a digital filter of STM32is designed out.
