With the increase of the scale of power system and the widespread use of alarge number of non-linear power electronic devices, the power grid has receivedthe increasingly serious “harmonic pollution”, so the governance of harmonic hasbeen imperative. The shunt hybrid active filter more effectively and economicallysolved the problems of the governance of the passive harmonic filter and activefilter. Therefore, the study of the shunt hybrid active filter has not only asignificant theoretical value but also an important practical significance.Based on the study of the harmonic concept, hazard and governance and thepresent domestic and foreign development situation of detection method andcontrol strategy of the harmonic current, this paper briefly expounds the principleand classification of active filter and prominently analyzes the parallel hybridactive filter.Aiming at the delay problems existed in the harmonic current detectionalgorithm of the traditional instantaneous reactive power theory, this paperproposes the way of solving this problem through increasing the offset angle, andshows that the optimization algorithm can realize the real-time detection ofharmonic current through the simulation.For the traceability problem that the compensation current existed, on thebasis of the study on PWM control strategy, the paper makes a simulation for thecommonly used control strategies, and finally determines to adopt hysteresiscomparison control strategy. At the same time, aiming at the problem that DCside voltage is easy to fluctuate, this paper puts forward the fuzzy PID controlalgorithm, realizes the precise control and rapid adjustment of DC side voltage,which improves the stability.This paper makes an overall structure for the stunt hybrid active, analyzesand designs the important parameters of the main circuit, and carries out the modeling and simulation, and from the simulation results we can see that theelectric current tends to be a sine wave, which achieves a satisfactory filteringeffect. Therefore, using the stunt hybrid active filter to govern the harmonic has agood effect.
