Based on Opensim, three-dimensional virtual software to simulate gas chromatographic (GC) analysis is a style of software that using a open source code three-dimensional (3D) simulate software to vividly imitate complicated GC analysis process and operation, which purpose lies in creating a virtual gas chromatographic analysis test platen. To develop3D virtual software, proper computer hardwares relating must be selected first, and Opensim server and MySQL data baseto sever also should be arranged. Then GC analysis3D simulation database is set up according to request. On stable server and complete database, we use actual GC analysis as experimental example to create the equipment of GC analysis3D pattern, and complete program of operation. Moreover, simulation program is tested and examined to consummate analytical experiment simulation platen and achieve the goal of3D virtual software for simulating GC analysis. The GC analysis3D simulation platen is able to achieve simulation for analysis process of fatty alcohol of beer on GC7890chromatograph. At the same time, users can register imitated platen by net and simulation experiment operation process.Using MySQL system to build the database about data, which is relate to simulation of gas chromatographic analysis, and the process of establishing is fast, and features of database are reliable and convenient to use. Demands can be completed by using the Opensim software of GC analysis3D simulation software, and can fluency link with MySQL the database system. gas chromatographic analysis three-dimensional simulation software, which based on Opensim, carry out the simulation to specific gas chromatographic analysis example at certain extent.
