It expands very fast in recent years and its electromechanical products include dozens of industrial mid-sized and heavy duty elevators’electric motors and their matching equipments. With the company’s business expansion, it continually deepens its internal management and product technology innovation, especially focuses on combining the company’s management methods with its business strategy planning, and conducting by informational technology means.This thesis discusses the system’s design and implementation from software development view, gives analysis and discussion to the system’s demand analysis, software design and programming implementation. It also discusses the main idea and detailed technology methods in the system’s design and implementation. In the introduction part it describes related development background and techniques. In requirement analysis part it discusses the system’s demands on the business oriented input and output. From the system’s general function targets, component list management, purchasing supply management and production quality management, it discusses main demand of KEYU company’s production Component management. In system design part it discusses the system’s software design including software overall architecture, main function modules’ internal algorithm and database design. Furthermore it discusses the system’s programming implementation and their testing, especially Component list calculation, planning-batch calculation, supply transaction management and quality management, etc.The system is developed with SQL Server2008database and IIS Web server under,NET Framework running environment. This manufacturing management system has been currently tested and improved on its user friendship and software bugs, satisfying most of the functional requirements. |
