In addition, users can use the system by connecting to an internet that installed a browser. This system mainly supplies to large cross-regional operation of real estate development enterprise group, assisting the real estate enterprises in cross-regional, real-time, centralized management of customer service.Through lots of customers’ use, applying this system not only can help real estate enterprise establish a standardized and orderly customer service system, handling customer service requests quickly and efficiently, bur also analyze customer problems, for engineering, design, service and other departments to provide guidance on optimization work.
