A Design And Implementation Of Test Library Management System Of Personnel Testing

After entering twenty-first century, along with the rapid development of computer technology, people set free from the heavy manual labor. The computer technology has penetrated into every aspect of human society, including family life, business, government and organizations, education and other fields which can be seen everywhere of its use. The use of computer technology to achieve paperless examination is a vivid example, for instances, the competency test in commercial area, civil service exams organized by the government, the curriculum examination at the school, all of which are actively changing from the traditional paper examination to the paperless examination. Contributing factors to this transformation mainly are the mature technology and innovation of the design and implementation of test library management system.Jiangmen Personnel Testing Authorities is charged with the civil service exams, institutional organizations’staff recruitment, middle-level cadres blockbuster, and grass-roots civil servants selection examinations. In order to better serve the examinee, improve management quality of examination, promote social justice, changing the test management from the traditional manual management to the information management. Using computer technology to manage the test library and analysis the results of test has become an important way to promote the reform of personnel testing.By analyzing the feasibility of test library management system of personnel testing, and its requirements, business processes, system and functions, designing the system structure, data structures and database logical structures, the system decomposes into six modules, including users management module, test management module, test paper generating module, invigilation module, examination module, test paper derived function module. Test paper generating module uses the Genetic Algorithm and realize its function by designing the coding method, fitness function,genetic operator, the initial population, population size and the stopping criterion. Based on the structure of C/S structure, using SQL Server2005as the database platform, and using Visual Studio2010as the development platform, the system works efficiently and meets to the initial design goal.
