A System Design And Implementation Of Yinchuan Energy Institute's Item Bank

Yinchuan Energy Institution has gradually set up a digital campus hardware platform since 2012.Therefore,all teaching supplementary office system of the institution needs to be improved and the research and development of a test library management system which is suitable for all levels and deferent majors students has become a burning question.A test library management system can not only overcome the weaknesses of traditional ways of manual making out examination paper and complicated typesetting process,but also realize the separation of teaching and testing and evaluate the teachers' quality of education objectively and impartially.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign study and practice of the test library management system and on the questions of low intelligence of the current test paper composition methods and problems of assuring the difficulty and distinction of the test paper in the test library management system,the paper studied the automatic test paper composition algorithm and solved the key issues such as automatic test paper composition model creation,paper constructing constraints setting,coding scheme,fitness function selection,cross algorithm and mutation algorithm on the basis of the genetic algorithm and realized the automatic test paper composition algorithm.Experimental results showed that the test paper composition based on the genetic algorithm were very ideal,the setting of population size,cross operator and mutation operator was reasonable and met the requirements of automatic test paper composition.Based on the study of test paper algorithm,the item bank system of Yinchuan Energy Institution has become established on the basis of data of the.NET platform,C# language and SQL server2008.The system has solved the problems of inputting special formula and pictures test questions,printing the test papers and converting the word format of test paper.The real practice has shown that the system is well positioned to meet the requirements of test library management.
