With the increasing of the motor vehicle service industry, car wash industry has begun to rise. Now most of the market’s way of washing need human-based. This approach has many shortcomings. As a result of econdary use of water resources can not be caused by a large number of waste water,long washing process,large labor inputs, etc.This paper focuses on the research of intelligent car washer, mainly to the automatic car washing machine control system design, use two drive modes of electric and pneumatic driving, Therefore this paper accords to the three-phase asynchronous motor, the mathematical model and the cylinder valve control mathematical model are seted up through the simulation model of Simulink and the transfer function, and study the the characteristics of proportional valve-control cylinder, the paper analyzes the system speed amplification coefficient, natural frequency and pneumatic damping ratio, load change on the stability of the system is presented in this paper, and verifies the influence of the stability of the cylinder valve control system, this paper introduces fuzzy control and PID control the basic principle and content, through to the fuzzy control engineering technology research and design, the most widely used, the most mature theory of two dimensions fuzzy controller.In this paper, I simulate the brush’s motion control system of washing machine intelligent through Simulink. Through the traditional PID control and fuzzy control algorithm, the results show that fuzzy control algorithm is superior to PID control, Therefore,I verified the feasibility and superiority of fuzzy control program. The simulation results show that the realization of the brush with the body to maintain a safe distance.In this paper, I use sensors and programmable logic controller technology for the washing machine’s motion control to programme, and fuzzy control algorithm is applied to the PLC in the brush for intelligent washing machine motion control systems software programming. Intelligent washing machine PLC control system use sequential control programming, according to the washing machine’s control system requirements for selecting the suitable PLC type, and allocate the PLC input and output and internal relay for the address, and prepared part of control program of the PLC, and prepared to implement fuzzy control in the PLC program, including the input of the fuzzy process and fuzzy control query table program.
