Clear rate is one of the most important indexes of industrial washing machines; it can directly affect the quality and efficiency of the industrial washing machine. By means of doing research and analysis of developing situation of domestic and foreign and washing technology of the joint research cooperation project Continuous batch washer of Jiangsu sea-lion machinery group and Jiangsu university of science and technology,the paper determines that the key factors of clear rate are temperature and washing rotary angle.Since the factor of temperature has large inertia, nonlinear, big delay characteristics, in the control strategy research we use fuzzy PID algorithm and estimate method combining compensation algorithm to realize control, then the results by simulation research indicate that the fuzzy-PID controller with predictive model designed has better features of overshoot small,fast response ,strong robustness than conventional PID controller, and also showed a good dynamic and static performance.Continuous batch washer's intelligent monitoring system is composed by both hardware and software. Hardware system is a distributed control system composed by IPC, CAN and PLC. The paper points out the main function and selection of major dispositions and circuit principle diagram of washing rotation angle control and temperature control. The control system software is designed into two parts which are the PLC control programs and PC monitor software, by using XCPPro V3.1 program designing software and KingView 6.53 configuration software separately. The PLC control programs can realize closed-loop control of fuzzy-PID controller with predictive model designed and washing rotary angle. The IPC monitor software consists of multi-interfaces. It can monitor the operating states of continuous batch washer system in real time, and set every parameter conveniently.After on-line debug and clear rate test, we prove that the control method we designed in this paper can effectively improve the autoimmunization and control precision of clear rate. The design gets the expected control effect and provides reference basis for future research.
