With the development of technology and the deployment of Real-time communication services, the traditional transmission is no longer able to meet the requirements of some real-time data transmittal. So Multipath Transport Protocol is proposed to solve the QoS problems. Thus most of the Multi-Path Protocols are proposed to Transfer File data. They cannot provide real-time transmission support, which may impose QoS restriction on real-time transmission. The article analyzes the works of multipath transmission control protocols and the characteristics of real-time data transmission. We detailed time-friendliness RT-MPTCP protocol which is based on MPTCP. This thesis proposes a new Congestion control method, data send mode and Path switching, which provides the QoS of the real-time data transmission support. In the end, this thesis tests the real-time MPTCP in the third part of this article. Extensive OMNET++simulation study has been performed to validate our design and algorithms. The RT-MPTCP shows the practical significance for further study and deployments of Real-time communication. The summary of the whole thesis, the current shortcomings of the system and the future work are given.
