Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System Based On SaaS Model

Cutting-edge technology is integrated into the enterprise production andmanagement method with the development of technology and network.In the wave ofeconomic globalization,enterprises are faced with the rules of survival of the fittest,somore and more large companies choose to keep pace with the times,but small andmedium-sized enterprises are struggling in information management.From thefinancial management system,this paper analyzes situation of the existing enterprisefinancial management system and proposes how to service effectively for small andmedium-sized enterprises.According to the defects of application in financial management system,thispaper has a deep research on financial management system based on SaaS(Softwareas a Service) model one kind of cloud computing,using the technology of the loadbalancing.The concept of SaaS model has been put forward on the basis of thedevelopment of cloud computing,which is a new software application model.Financialmanagement system based on SaaS model is packaged as a service provided to theusers via the internet,and billed in actual usage just as easy as we turn on the switch ofelectricity.The tehnical requirments or investment is low,and simple management forusers.In this paper,the study content and main contribution as follows:1) From the characteristics of multi-tenant and data security considerations, thepaper proposes the concept of MVPS (Model-View-Presenter-Data Service) improvedversion of MVP (Model-View-Presenter) frame, MVPS as the revised version ofMVP has make up for the MVP’s deficiencies such as distributed data storage、lowefficiency data processing、complex data migration and so on.2)When tenants increase,the cloud platform may overload the system,this paperpresents a task scheduling strategy and IDV(Integrated Deadline and Value) algorithmto optimize task scheduling and resource allocation,and with the simulation,we haveproved its effectiveness of load balancing. Again we describe the database schema used by system,and design the security of access、data and network.3) The entire financial management system is subdivided into ninesub-modules,and detailed analysis every sub-module’s funtion or the relationshipbetween the other modules.we also displayed the financial management systemrenderings.Finally,we test out the system performance and function using testing tooland black box testing method,the test result shows that the system meets the productrequirements and complys with the requirements of on-line.
