| Since2008, China Telecom took over the CDMA network, we immediately conducted awhole network planning and design, network construction and network optimization, after nearlyfour years of hard work, we have created a national network which is perfect.The paper relate with the engineering practice,and discuess the CDMA1XEVDO wirelessnetwork optimization problems, the main contents include:Firstly, the theory and key techniques of CDMA20001XEVDO are briefly introduced, andthen introduces the principle and process of network planning and optimization of CDMA20001XEVDO.
