With the rapid development of mobile communication,the coverage of networkis increasingly perfect, in the same time, operators are increasing investment in theconstruction of mobile communication base station.However, the base stations arealways built in remote places where the police is not easy to reach, and most of themare at the unattended state, so they always become main target of criminals and betheft or damaged.After stations are damaged,the communication will be forced toblock and the users will be affected directly, so the operators will cost a lot ofmanpower and material resources to repair the stations, it will not only causeeconomic losses, but also reputation losses because of users’strong dissatisfaction andcomplaints. The deficiencies of existing station monitoring facilities and the passivemaintenance mode are always restrict the safe operation of stations, in order to makeup for the defect to further enhance the level of base station security and prevent theillegal invasions of thieves effectively, we put forward a security solution based oninfrared ray. As a kind of invisible light, even under the special weather, infrared raystill has a strong penetrating power and small impact on the adjacent radioequipments, in a word,it has strong anti-interference ability, so it is suitable for thesecurity of base stations.The paper focuses on how to use the infrared sensor technology to base stationanti-theft, andinvestigates and studies in the application of relativecircuitdeeply.Because the stations are always unattended, we mainly use the drive way forprotection.We set up three layers of protection area:the first layer is outside area(10~15meters awayfrom the base station), based on the active infrared protection,andset thevertical¶llel device which can prevent the false alarm effectively causedby invasions of small animals;the second layer is the inner area (10meters withinthebasestation),based on the passive infrared protection;the third layer is theprotective device which is arranged on the door、window、lock,When the thief is intothe fortified area, it will start light flicker device,large-power alarm horn and imagingdeviceand add strong deterrent high voltage pulse on the windows and doors automaticallywhich dosen’t kill people to protecteffectively,and the same time,systemdevice will automatically connect to the network part of station (the base stationhasthe external network interface) and upload relevant datas to the monitoring center andthe mobile terminals of relevant people,so they can deal with unexpectedeventseffectively and real-timely. In the first part of paper, we detailed analysis ofthe infrared for sensor technology, the rest of the paper,combined the applicationbackground of topic,we design driven type base station peripheral anti-thief alarmsystem. Including the design of power supply circuit of intelligent, design of infraredtransmitting and receiving circuit, Design of GPRS wireless communication moduleand Design of the control circuit.
