Design And Implementation Of The Construction Of Network Security Of Jilin Province Land And Resources Network

Information revolution has brought great progress to human.The application and popularization of information system has substantially increased the productivity of human beings,which narrowed the physical space because of the existence of the information system. The information safety control and information safeguard have become the focuses to be paid attention to and solved by the information system managers when the information system promotes human progress.As human beings'dependence on information systems increases,the information system security and safeguard system have become a popular and sensitive topic.Our government is always in the leading position of the constructions of different professional information systems.In our governmental professional areas,the construction and application of the information system has increased the efficiency of the governmental agency and their external image greatly.With the governmental electronization progress,the system that had been applied in banking area has been shifted to the information system platform.So the following information system safe issues have been the focuses of the information managers.With the actual situation in Jilin province land and resources bureau,in accordance with the request of the ministry of natural land resources'"Golden Soil Engineering of the First Building Program"and "Jilin Province Golden Land Project General Scheme",the objective of the provincial land and resources'network and data center system construction had been completed by the Jilin province land and resources agency.The next work is to construct the network safety in accordance with "Golden Soil Engineering of the First Building Program",according to the relevant technical requirements of the national electronic government project construction and confidential security,we will take the rules of appropriate security, both technology and management, grading and multi-layer protection and dynamic development,in order to ensure the safety of the information network and the validity of the governmental regulations and services.The safe guard system is consisted with physical safety,internet safety,system safety,application safety and the safe rules,which has the functions of protection, detection, response and recovery.And the system applies the advanced management platform,increases the dependability,stability and security,ensures the safety of the provincial datas,and also creates favourable operation environment for the provincial golden land project.During my graduation period,I took part in the site implementation of the Jilin province land and resources information and network safety transformation.The theme analyzed the risks and needs of the existing network of Jilin province land and resources bureau,designed the project devise proposal and practice plan,and put it into practice in accordance with the plan and has been verified by the operational test,which greatly increased the safety and validity of the Jilin province land and resources network.
