The rapid development of the national economy provides a good opportunity forlogistics enterprises. But with the rise of domestic and large foreign logistics enterprises,and the increasing demand of Personalized Logistics Services, China’s logisticsenterprises are facing tremendous competitive pressure. As a service enterprise, the corepower of enterprise development is customer resource of the enterprises. The philosophyof Customer-centric and providing personalized service has been recognized by more andmore enterprises. This paper uses the data mining technology to design and realize thecustomer relationship management system of the logistics enterprises, based on thecurrent status of domestic logistics enterprises and the analysis on the business processesand requirements.This paper mainly includes three aspects. Firstly, this paper analysed thecharacteristic of the enterprise operation by using the trend analysis according to the dataof enterprise operation, and then designed a algorithm of the customer segmentation thatis suitable for operational characteristics of the enterprise. Finally it achieved a set oflogistics enterprise customer relationship management system.In the process of trend analysis, the paper analyzed4characteristics of customerswhich are extracted and summarized from the enterprise orders, including: Cargo type,cargo volume, trading profits, orders, and implemented linear regression trend analysisfor each feature.In the module of customer segmentation, the paper designed a weighted algorithm ofthe system clustering according to the extracted customer features to cluster, and classifythe customers.The customer relationship management system in this paper includes: login module,registration module, basic customer information management, trend analysis module,customer clustering module and service strategy recommendation module. Finally, thepaper designed and achieved the customer relationship management system of the logistics enterprises by using C#language development tools based on Microsoft.NETplatform and SQL Server2005. The rationality and feasibility of the system have beenverified through debugging and running. The customer relationship management systemestablished has a great value for the application of customer management of logisticsenterprises.
