Through the research of data storage, message format conversion, process scheduling, exception handling, transaction integrity assurance content, the paper proposed modelsupporting basis of bank prepositive platform system, at the same time designing all kinds of transactions process, the realization of the model takes full account of the basic functions of prepositive platform system, and proposing the solution how to improve thesafety, stability, high efficiency, expansibility of system problems.From the system requirements analysis and design, researched on the key support module, elaborating the system design and the realization process in detail, and test the completion of the development of the system, the test results show that the system can meet the planning function, confirm the availability of the system.
