| With the rapid growth of Internet and Web application, there will be high and mutative demand for website browsing speed. Recently, the speed has become one of the factors for the search engines to weight the websites. The increase of website browsing speed can improve the user experience, and optimize website rank and reduce the cost.In this thesis, the process of website loading and the steps of HTTP requests processing of the open-source browser Webkit are analyzed, the factors that reduce website loading speed are discussed, and then suggestions are given to improve the performance. Afterwards, a solution of monitoring and statistical analysis system based on server-distributed client architecture is suggested, and the design and implementation of the overall system architecture, workflow, data structure, and modules are described in detail.At last, by system performance tests, the thesis verifies that this system can monitor the website in real-time, statistic website’s performance, and also analyze factors that reduce the browsing speed and provide suggestions to improve the speed. Finally a brief summary is given, which points out the improvable work plan according to models commonality and scalability. |
