With the development of computer and network communication technology, the industrial processes are gradually realized by digital and intelligent technology, and are becoming highly controlled by automation procedures. The initial industrial control network was the centralized computer control structure (CCS), then it was replaced by the distributed control system architecture (DCS), and now the field bus control system (FCS) is most commonly used. The industrial network has gradually realized intelligent remote control from the Ethernet side by the embedded heterogeneous networks of Ethernet and field bus network connection. As an excellent field bus network, CAN bus is simple, efficient, safe and has fast transfer rate, it is widely used in industrial networks. And the embedded heterogeneous network interconnection of Ethernet and CAN bus becomes the focus of the study of industrial networks. But the interconnection brings new security threats to the CAN bus, the attacks of routing from the side of Ethernet will directly affect the operation of industrial bus. This article will research on the routing security of Ethernet and CAN bus industrial connected heterogeneous network, and propose protective measures for common ARP and DDOS routing attacks.For the industrial heterogeneous networks, this paper firstly studies the major field buses and the network protocol of CAN bus, analyzes the necessity of the interconnection of industrial Ethernet and control network, and analyzes the development status of Ethernet and CAN bus. Secondly, the paper analyzes the heterogeneous network security threats faced by industry, focuses on the common principles of defensive measures for ARP and DDOS attacks. Then, the paper presents to prevent the attacks by Encryption technology and protocols modification. Finally, this paper operates the two prevention measures by simulation systems, proves that the defensive measures CAN play a protective role in the research of the security of heterogeneous networks.Through the study of industrial heterogeneous network routing security and it’s protection measures, this paper provides a reference solution of the heterogeneous network security technology, and hopes to attract more people to concern on the industry network security.
