With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, Internet application becomes more and more popular around the world.So far, the number of software into exponential growth and without the trend of stop.In order to ensure that software, especially the service software is capable of high efficiency, stability, security and continuous operation.Need to deploy a system can provide good self service for the user to use the software, and to the software operating personnel to provide management, configuration, and other functions. Based on service, on the other hand, the arrival of the era of the Internet, and in order to meet the exchange of visits of heterogeneous platform, can make different applications running on different machines without needing to use additional, special third party software or hardware, or integration can exchange data, which requires the system have the function that provides a Web service.This article focuses on the network to accelerate the system control module with service module needs analysis and design implementation, control module to provide users with land registration, account management, prepaid phone pay cost, etc. Provides the administrator user management, server configuration, network configuration, etc. Service module provides users with client-side validation, and provide available server list and cost limit the query service. Control module uses the J2EE development, multi-layer architecture, application of SSH framework technology, clear structure, good reusability, convenient maintenance. Jersey framework with Spring, Hibernate integration service module USES the REST style of Web services, lightweight and high efficiency. And the service module and control module integrated into a system, Shared business logic layer, reducing development link, easy to deploy, easy to extend.
