With the continuous development of information technology, more and more people engage in work and play over the network. But at the same time, it also brings all types of security issues and security risks. Information security has become one of the important problems of contemporary society. Digital signature technology is one of the core technologies of information security. The use of the special characteristics of digital signatures-blind signature, to Resign efficient, safe, and strong application certificateless blind signature scheme based on bilinear pairings, has important practical significance. And, with the popularity of e-commerce, in the field of electronic payments, it also needs to use a strong cryptography algorithm to design untraceable offline electronic cash scheme. We should make sure the protection of consumer privacy, and solve anonymity, unforgeability, and double-spending detecting issues. Based on such practical applications, the results of this paper are as follows:1. On the basis of certificateless signature scheme, we design an efficient certificateless blind signature scheme. According to identity-based signature scheme, we design a certificateless signature scheme. Based on it, we design a safe and efficient certificateless blind signature scheme. We make security analysis and performance analysis, and give the efficiency comparison list.2. We apply the blind signature technology to electronic cash systems. Discussing a well-designed electronic cash system should meet the characteristics of the system. And the system needs analysis. We propose system model, each stage of the process, and design an untraceable offline electronic cash system. From three important aspects of anonymity, unforgeability and double-spending detection, we give the off-line electronic cash scheme security analysis. And we give analysis of various fraud environment and response measures for the program. We make analysis of program performance, and compare with existing solutions on the efficiency problem.
