The development of the mobile communication technology, mobile terminal technology and mobile operating system immensely promotes the development of mobile Internet, which brings people convenient experience of mobile connection to Internet. However, it also makes the mobile Internet be faced with a series of security threats, among which the extension of traditional botnet to the mobile Internet—the mobile botnet—has emerged and developed rapidly. So far, there have been multiple rudiments of mobile botnet, which cover the popular platforms of smartphones. And thereinto the Android system takes up the vast majority of market share of smartphones because of its openess, which means abundant user base. On the other hand, Android-oriented malware is increasing in a sharp rate. Android has become the preferred goal of attack and important building platform in mobile Internet era.As the appearance time of mobile botnet is short, the research on mobile botnet is still in an early stage and the research emphasis mainly concentrates on the building area of botnet to explore the key technology that is most possibly adopted by attackers. This paper still moves around the building technology of botnet. Firstly, some survey on the existing mobile botnet and related research work is conducted, on the basis of which this paper gives an integrated analysis on the mobile botnet status and summarizes the challenges in establishing a large-scale botnet and then predicts the following development tendency of mobile botnet. Secondly, under the tendency, this paper proposes a mobile botnet model targeting improving the imperceptibility, including the social application &SMS-based control model and disguise&intelligent determination-based bot model. And then we implement and test the model on the Android system.
