The development of mobile phone technology, especially the emergence of smart phones, makes an endless stream of malicious software on mobile platforms. People are suffering increasingly mobile security threats when they are enjoying quicker and easier internet experience.The botnet study is divided into two directions:the study of defense technology and the study of mechanism of botnet running. The defense technology do research on detection, tracking, measurement and counterplot of existing botnet, in order to defense and destroy existing botnet. The study of mechanism of botnet running does research on botnet attacking technology, botnet construction, and the way of botnet spreading and so on.It has not been long since mobile botnet appeared, and the main research on mobile botnet currently is on the mechanism of mobile botnet running, exploring the form of the mobile botnet in future and the way to defense it.The paper dose a deep study on mobile security, the results are follows:1. We did a summary and analysis of the development of botnet; we also did a summary of the security issues of mobile platforms, including the development of mobile malicious software and the future of mobile botnet.2. We proposed a kind of mobile botnet based on Android system, including the design of command and control channel and the way that botmaster recycles the information of controlled phones. We also analyze the malicious act of the bot phones, and give the defense of hijack, including the multi-server strategy, the domain-flux technology, and the identity authentication system. We reduce the flow rate of bot program by RSS and GZIP technology. The future and the defense of mobile botnet are discussed.3. We designed an encrypted transmission of SMS communication system on Android platform. Comparing with some existing systems, ours uses both symmetric encryption and asymmetric encryption, adding key management. The transmission and preservability of short messages are in encrypted way, which greatly improve the confidentiality and security of the messages. This system is designed for groups that have higher requirements of security.
