Design And Implement Of Society Management System

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the economies and cultures all over the world,a wide variety of associations were established in different areas,those associations are not only the symbols but also the driving forces and protections of the developments of the related areas. With the number of the associations is bigger and bigger,the pressure of the management of the associations increasing very fast. The management of the associations includes the arrangement of the variety of activities and the management of the membership information,for example,the managements must meet the requirements of the members of the associations such as query the information of other members easily,upload and download articles freely,view the conference information easily and get the information of the election campaigns in real-time and so on. Without a convenient and efficient system,a lot of human resources will be wasted,what was worse,many errors may occur and causing incalculable damage to the association. The traditional management system of associations were stand-alone version,administrators manage the associations on their computers,without communications with the members,although some management system were B/S mode,but the knowledge they used is too old,the effect is not ideal,and the portability is not good. Therefore,the reaserch of the Web-based management system for the associations are very important and meaningful.This paper introduced the status and trends of the development of the associations detailed,and analyzed the meaning of a convenient and efficient system for the associations in the first place. Then standing on different perspectives of users,elaborated the module functions that a association management system should have,such as the ability of manage their own information for the members of the associations,upload and download articles freely,communicate with other members by e-mail,view the conference information easily and get the information of the election campaigns in real-time and so on. According to the requirement of the management system of associations,designed the overall framework,and elaborated the module functions,then designed the processing of each function by using UML,and designed the system database. Then developed the management system based on the Struts2plus Hibernate technology which can reduce the coupling of the system largely and is good for the portability. Finally, testing the system on the performance,function and display areas,the result shows that the system can meet the basic needs of the assocaitions,making the management of the associations convenient and efficient,has a very important significance to the development and management of associations.
