The poluparity and development of the internet, especially the development of mobile internet in recent years, the popularity of smart mobile devices, make people rely inscreasingly on internet, especially mobile internet. Internet has become an important way for people to get information. Upon that, it gradually becomes an important requirement of people that how to find information, that they need, that they care, that they are interested in, that are useful, from mass information. In business application, personalized services can usually increase the service quality and efficiency, increase the rate of second glance of old consumers, and attract more new consumers.In food industry, there are these weaknesses for enterprises to release all kinds of publicizing information:information with weak points, spam ads easily make consumers boring, single way to release information, high publicizing costs. Targeted towards those weaknesses, this thesis designs and implements a personalized services system based on users’interests, namely OFOOD system. It is a subscription system, in which the relationship between consumers and enterprises is subscription, and consumers only subscribe events that they are interested in, and a consumer can terminate the subscription relationship to his enterprises at any time; the system can still smartly learn a consumer’s consumption interest charater according to his condition in using, so that it can provide services with stronger points.First, this thesis proposes an algorithm that makes use of users’ operation to system to implicitly get user interest model, does theoretical evaluations and cusumers satisfaction survey, and proves the validity of the model. Then, this thesis detailedly introduces the design and implementation of OFOOD system. OFOOD system can be divided into three parts:background database and web server, web foreground client, consumers’mobile client. This thesis detailedly introduces the whole architecture design of OFOOD system, the design and implementation of the main functional modules of these three parts, and how the communication works among the three parts; and the thesis does tests to core functions.In the end is the summary of the whole thesis, in which shortcomings of the thesis are pointed out, future work plan is proposed, and the work and achievementsduring the author’s master-degree study are listed.
