With the rapid development and integration of the Internet and mobile communications, we have entered a high speed and massive information period.The way of information acquisition become more diverse.RSS subscription is a new network access technology used to acquire information.Users need not to open large sums of sites to get information when using this technology. For the combination of RSS subscription and mobile terminal technology, people can directly use the mobile phone to access all kinds of information.RSS subscription technology also has a function of real time update,which is able to push the information to the user in time.Based on the analysis of the RSS subscription technology at home and abroad,this paper taking Shaanxi13115documents digitization and resources sharing platform program as the background, RSS subscription as the research object, research and implement a personalized RSS subscription system based on Android.The main work of this paper is as follows:1. Bring the RSS subscription technology to the mobile phone terminal and use the custom-polymerization-push news mode method.The use of the RSS subscription technology takes place of the desktop RSS reader and breaks through the time and space limit of the traditional information acquisition.Users can get and read science resource information directly by mobile phone.2. The use of the bayes resources scoring mechanism can objectively reflect the heat of the science and technology resources.Doing research on the existing RSS subscription, improve the existing XML documents generation method based on DOM4J.Propose a method of using the collaborative filtering algorithm on RSS file generate process which is better for forecasting and recommending the science resouces information the user is interested in.3. Study the existing XML parse methods and select the SAX parse technology to parse RSS files.Cooperate the parse technology with the Android system and improve the method appropriately to ensure the resource information pushed by server can be accurately parsed and well displayed.4. According to the specific business logic of the system and user requirement,design the main system framework, function modules and data structure in detail.Create an efficient and personalized mobile subscription system for the users.The actual applied result shows this system can execute the subscription functions accurately and efficiently.
