The continuous development of Wireless Sensor Network provides support for the realization of Web Of Things System.By deploying wireless sensors in some areas,the sensor nodes can collect some environment data;By reporting the data level by level in multi-hop network,the system is able to monitor the environment.According to the collected data,users are able to manage the area in an intelligent way.In this paper,we design and implement an environmental monitoring platform which is on the foundation of Wireless Sensor Network and Web Of Things.The platform is physical-world oriented and it integrates environment resource,location resource,device resource as a whole.By referring to the standard modularity,the system is with reusability and expansibility. At the same time,the system provides service of multimedia data.The platform is made up of four function modules, they are "user and authority module","system function module","geographical location information module" and "user operation module". The user and authority module which adopts RBAC model contains two aspects:user management and authority management.The system function module divides system service into four parts:subscription with condition,single-subscription,timing-subscription,period-subscription.Geo graphical location information module contains level one location information management,level two location information management and level three location information management.User operation module is designed to send subscription and show their feedback data. In order to offer facilities to users,we set some entrances which lead directly to the system modules in the module pages which include final level location page,node information page,service subscription page so that the users can acquire an excellent experience. There is a detailed introduction of the environmental monitoring platform,which includes the techniques about web of things,web development,the whole structure of the platform,the design and implementation methods of each module, the test of the platform. Through the test, the management platform is proved feasible.This research can realize the intelligent management for physical world and can provide confortable and low-energy environment for people to live.
