A Study On In-depth Reporting Of Party Organs

Nowadays, more and more Party organs promote its self-competitiveness and influence by in-depth reporting. The "viewpoint" of Fujian Daily, publishing every Monday to Friday, is a special page where varieties of subjects in-depth reporting are published, it represents Fujian Daily’s style and features on in-depth reporting. The paper will make a research of Fujian Daily,the "viewpoint" columns. There are altogether520articles about in-depth reporting in these columns from October6,2009to May31,2013. In this paper, the writer will statistic, classify and deeply analysis its operating characteristics, combined with press practice, point out the shortage of this column, then put forward several opinions for the media to refer to.In the "viewpoint" columns, a page will be occupied to cover one or two subjects in-depth reporting in each issue. The columns has been run for4years till2013.in the past4years, the viewpoint has developed its distinctive column characteristics, from naive to mature. Besides, the viewpoint has accumulated rich experience through practice. To some degree, its establishing and developing reflect the development tendency and characteristics of party organs in-depth reporting in China.Here are the four chapters in the paper.Chapter One, the paper is based on the development of Fujian Daily, carding the development of the viewpoint columns and its class characteristics.Chapter Two, combing Fujian Daily, the writer will talk about the characterization of party organ’s deep-reporting, summaries the characteristics and conclude the four features during the practice of deep-reporting.Chapter Three, the writer attaches the importance to the analysis of the viewpoint column about in-depth reporting. The writer also uses a large number of samples and researching approaches to combine the quantitative research and qualitative research. In addition, the writer will analysis the features of the content, the page style and the reporting approaches from the columns reporting in this chapter.Chapter Four, in this chapter, the writer will point out some shortages of the viewpoint column and raise some solution measures from the advantages in party organs.
