With the rapid development of our economy, China influence in the world is more and more big, therefore, more and more foreigners want to know Chinese, want to learn Chinese; but because of the differences in culture, resulting in a lot of foreigners in listening speaking reading writing and met a lot of problems. Analysis of the cause of the problem, mainly due to Chinese learning resources are scarce, especially in Chinese teachers scarce, resulting in a lot of foreigners in listening speaking reading and writing can not break through the difficulties in learning. Foreign Chinese learners have three major difficulty lies in, first writing difficult, second speak hard, third time fragmentation.In order to help the majority of foreigners learning Chinese difficult breakthrough, the project group with various new technology to construct a set of cloud based model of the system of teaching Chinese as a foreign language transverse frame IOS, Windows, Android. The system for the majority of Chinese learners provides a lot of carefully designed tools, the majority of foreign language learners by using these tools can make the training of listening and speaking, reading and writing training, don’t need to worry about no Chinese teacher.In the process of building the system, the main work of the author completed are as follows:(1) is responsible for the system requirements analysis, analyzes the reasons from foreign scholars of Chinese learning difficult phenomenon, develop solutions according to the reasons, according to the solution formulation system requirement model.(2) to participate in the design of system architecture, mainly puts forward the design model based on cloud model, so as to realize the data processing mainly are placed on the server, add the function on the client, so that not only can rely on the powerful cloud computing help system for processing data, can also reduce the client hardware requirements and simplify the design of client cross platform, so as to realize the target client.(3) to participate in the design and implementation of the server and the client kernel function module. For example:the server thread pool and priority queue, design and implementation of client of speech recognition and personal voice library, improved handwriting recognition module.With a variety of new technologies continue to improve, the system needs to be constantly updated, for example:1, the knowledge base can be constantly subdivision becomes more specialized, so for different types of foreign learners, the system can provide better and more professional service.2, with the continuous development of client hardware technology and virtual reality technology, virtual reality technology this system can introduce3D high simulation, this can be for foreign learners virtual a more authentic Chinese learning environment.3, with the continuous development of intelligent translation technology, the system can build a communication platform for Chinese and foreigners,|uch not only can solve the foreign learners of Chinese teachers the problem of the scarcity of resources, but also can promote the development of China’s service industry third, as China’s economic development to create a new channel.4, with the development of artificial intelligence technology unceasing development, the system can introduce virtual teachers, the virtual teacher can not only foreigners and exchanges, can learn new knowledge constantly, thus completely solve the problem of the scarcity of Chinese teachers.This topic through the actual project practice, fully prove the stability of the system. The system in the practical application, not only to solve all kinds of problems foreigners encounter in learning Chinese, but also on other cloud platforms and mobile Internet learning system development reference.
