Research On WLAN Hotspot Network Optimization Technology And Its Applications

Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technology is a major wireless access technologiesand a promising solution for wireless data service due to its high bandwidth characteristics. It hasbeen shown many problems such as access difficulty, low network speed, frequent losingInternet connection with the rapid increase of user numbers. It is an urgent issue to increaseWLAN performance and guarantee customer experience. This thesis presents a comprehensiveresearch on WLAN network optimization technology and its applications.A brief introduction of WLAN principles and key techniques are given firstly. Then someimportant issues in WLAN network optimization are presented including optimization purpose,theory, difficulty, process, etc. This thesis gives a detailed analysis of current WLAN networkscenario in China Mobile and China Tietong. A specific WLAN optimization scheme is proposedfor Yuanan Chuxiong Normal College based on theoretical analysis.
