Coastal areas are rich in resources in the china, in order to develop economy, my countrypay attention to the development of the coastal zone. But the waves are power factor of theshallow sea, which can not be ignored. The waves go through the process from initiation todisappear, which will have a significant impact on the construction of the coast. The researchin regard to acquisition and processing technology of random wave, not only can observe thechange of the wave, but also can calculate the energy contained in the waves.This paper aims at shrinking the construction of ocean coast at a correspondingproportion into experimental model. According to wave spectrum model in which Marinefacilities often occurs, generated theory spectrum. Theory spectrum is generated sequence ofsimulative wave. The machine builds wave according to the sequence. The wave data aregathered through the data acquisition circuit, and are analyzed.In this paper, the data acquisition circuit board is mainly composed of analog signalselection module, filtering and driver module, AD converter, CPLD module, EPP module. Wecombine EPP and CPLD, design multi-channel real-time data acquisition system whichcoordinates channel switching, data acquisition and conversion function. Using Quartus â…ˇsoftware is that CPLD development tool, designs the internal logic procedure of CPLD.Computer uses WinIo library to access to parallel port EPP registers, and combines the CPLDlogic procedure to control communication of other chip, which completes the process of datacollection.The data processing part is that the wave data are analyzed by time domain analysis andfrequency domain analysis. The time domain analysis is mainly statistical wave height.Frequency domain analysis calculates energy by spectrum estimation. Procedure of the dataalgorithm is compiled with VC language. The validity of the spectral estimation is proved bythe MATLAB software.
