The topic of this article is study of level measurement signal processing based onelectromagnetic wave. The paper studies the method of electromagnetic wave levelmeasurement, and designs software and hardware system based on embedded DSP system.This paper introduces the needs of measurement system, selecting the method of frequencymodulated continuous wave measurement based on the needs, and designs the hardwaresystem, at the same time, refinement spectrum is used to Improve the ability of distancedistinction successfully, has formed a product prototype that can be used.The article consists of the following parts:1. The paper explains that level measurement technology has large market and gooddeveloping. Introduces several commonly used method of level measurement, selectselectromagnetic wave method to measure the liquid level, and proposes system plan.2. Electromagnetic wave level measurement system hardware implementation, it includesthe selection of digital processing chip and radar sensors, producing saw tooth wave and otherperipheral device selection, system communication and data transmission principle, hardwaredesigning, soldering, debugging.3. The discussion of signal processing methods, the system deals with signal frequencysine wave with noise single, studies the methods of time domain and frequency domain, aswell as the problem of signal processing to pay attention to.4. Electromagnetic wave level measurement system software implementation, thatdesigns the running process of system and the function of various parts, and writes the code ofsignal processing algorithm and module controlling, achieves system function.5. Experiment work to test, tests the function of hardware and software throughexperiment.
