The dissertation primarily researches on the technology of fiber Bragg Grating,theoretically and experimentally analyses its sensing principle and packaging.Specific contentincluding:the basic theory and anaiysis method of FBG, the fabrication technology of FBG,the characteristic analysis and package technique of FBG.The main content is:1. It introduces the development process of FBG, the research status, and the applicationprospect of FBG sensing technology in the oil industry.Detailed introduces the theoreticalmodel, analysis method, structure and classification, the fabrication technology, sensingcharacter of FBG.2. It still elaborates the principle and strcture of package technique, much work about thepackage technique have been done, including the of choice fundus material, adhesives and themethod of package.The new packaging method and optimized of adhesive effectivelyimprove the repeatability of FBG and packaging quality.3. To realize accurate single parameter measurement under the high temperature and highpressure oil down-hole, designing a new packaging structure of the fiber grating on the basicof theory and the structure. The good linearity of temperature and wavelength is still keptwithin the range of0~250℃and0~40MPa,and the structure is stable and reliable.
